Being honest, the customer service was amazing. I drive a very far away to get these wings. The wings probably the best in South Jersey and I've been around. Also, the size are really good and I would get the size of the wings probably once every two weeks.
Love the food! Amazingly good, tasty and cooked just right. However, as a new customer I needed to know the sizes of the sides and a description of the sauces. I was not able to get anyone on the phone. I would have given five stars if I had those answers,

Wings are delicious. Uncertainty of wait times makes it hard to plan. I can no longer eat wings from anywhere else. My favorite flavors are the Fat Boy and Lemon Pepper!

This place was great! A friend recommended this to me as one of his favorite wing places of all time. I called ahead and placed my order over the phone, and they called me back when it was ready. These were the best lemon pepper wings that I've had in the Northeast! The fat boy sauce was one of my favorites too. I'd definitely come back here, and I would also recommend calling ahead so you don't have to wait. Great overall.
Accidentally took the wrong turn one day and decided to keep going. Ended up in this town and saw a sign for Ms. Heavens Wings. It was a sign from the heavens telling me I needed to break my diet and come here. Before I even ordered, they warned me that the wings were cooked fresh to order and I'd have at least a 15-20 minute wait. No prob. Plenty of seating inside to hang out, and soon enough they plopped down my wings in a to-go bag. It felt like forever until I finally got home, but when I opened up the container, I was happy to see that the wings were still hot and crispy. These are huge! So come ready to wait (or order ahead) and you'll be happy - worth the wait for sure.
WOW!! MMMmmmmmm.... Have you ever heard Mark Weins say these two words and then lean so far to the right that you think he's gonna hit the floor?!! Well that's how I felt after tasting these wings for the first time. Not only are these wings ginormous. But they're seasoned lightly and cooked just right. Very moist and not over fried. I also had yams and mac and cheese. Both were delicious and didn't go to waste. This business is really hard to see while driving through town. But I think it's well worth parking and stepping in for a meal.
